Welcome to our summer newsletter – it has definitely felt like summer already with some of the temperatures we have experienced so far.
We’ve remained busy and we hope to share more about our future direction in the coming months.
Engagement continues to be a passion of ours. Our engagement dashboard below shows how we use 7 actions to identify how well members are engaging with their pension.
We achieve exceptional levels of member engagement because we:
- make it easy to get things done via the app
- empower members to take control by offering ongoing financial education
- offer simple and robust investment options
- provide ongoing relevant and targeted bespoke communications
Our clients receive scheme specific engagement data to highlight areas of improvement which we can target to increase employee engagement.
In this edition we compare our IT and Financial sectors.

The table shows the percentage of members that have taken action to complete each of these 7 tasks.
We also measure what percentage of members, on average across all clients, have done 1 or more of these tasks which is our overall engagement score. The latest score is 81%.
