Employer Survey
Early 2025 we sent out our Employer survey to 705 schemes (this includes our third-party schemes) asking their opinions and experience of HL Workplace. We received 100 responses back. The results were the best we have ever seen.
Below are some of the highlights and takeaways:

The most valued aspect of our service is the open communication channels with our colleagues. HR, Payroll and Pension staff can get hold of their Client Relationship Manager or the administration team easily. Many employers told us the 1-2-1 sessions offered by our Financial Wellbeing Specialists make HL Workplace stand out from any other pension provider.

In conclusion, we can evidence that we are there when it counts, offering the services employers really need. Our Client Relationship Managers and administration team are easy to contact, resulting in great communication and resolution. Our financial wellbeing 1-2-1s are also recognised as a differential part of our service and we are passionate about the potential impact they can have on member knowledge and confidence. Whilst the results from the survey have been the best to date, we will continue our ambitions to increase employee engagement, empowerment and action to improve member’s financial outcomes.
