Our Financial Wellbeing team delivers regular presentations and one-to-one meetings on site and online on a range of topics to help support employees’ Financial Wellbeing at every life stage, not just pensions.

Employees choose the investments to suit them. Many will stay in the default investment option, but others can choose from large choice of funds with the help of our investment team’s research.
4. Employer support
Dedicated Client Relationship Managers hold regular governance meetings to review performance, monitor Auto Enrolment compliance, and measure employee engagement to identify areas for ongoing financial wellbeing sessions.

Educates new members on all the things they could do with a pension at HL to achieve a better outcome at retirement.
