Financial Wellbeing
Our experience in the City tells us that just because your employees work in Financial Services, it doesn’t mean they have the time or knowledge to properly manage their own finances. Having a holistic financial education programme is a great way to empower your employees and give them the confidence to make better, well-informed financial decisions, whatever their day-to-day role. Working collaboratively with you, we provide Financial Wellbeing as part of our pension package to help your employees achieve their financial goals at every life stage.

Presentations and one-to-one meetings
Our service includes a number of days each year where our Financial Wellbeing team will run company-specific presentations and one-to-one meetings, either in person or remotely via Teams. We know that one-to-one meetings are valuable and employees are more likely to engage with their finances after having one. These sessions and one-to-ones will provide employees with information to help them make their own decisions but are not personal advice. If employees would like advice, we can offer that service.
The Financial Wellbeing Specialist had excellent knowledge and provided appropriate insights and suggestions.
I could talk about my individual circumstances and also understand where my pension was invested and what I could do with it.

Communications
Our dedicated Communications team provide employers with a comprehensive selection of bespoke and branded materials as a standard part of our proposition. They’re experts in writing impactful, clear and compliant communications.
Nudging members towards better outcomes
Following extensive research, our analysis shows that newer employees are much more likely to make better financial decisions in the early stages of their scheme membership. Our ‘Pension Passport’ nudging solution harnesses this behaviour to deliver better outcomes.
