Your employees can choose from the range of options below. These options are not personal advice. If you’re not sure of the suitability of an investment for your needs, please contact us about our advice services. Investments will rise and fall in value, so you could get back less than you invest. Their savings are automatically invested in the default fund, but our ABC funds and Wealth Shortlist offer expertly curated choice. Or, they can choose to make their own decisions on where their pension is invested.

Investing responsibly with our default fund Sustainable and ethical behaviour is becoming increasingly important, and our investment choices are no different. From an ESG perspective, our default fund will apply exclusions and tilt toward companies that score well on a range of ESG criteria and away from those that score badly.

Default fund
Lots of workplace pensions are invested in a default fund – a “one size fits all” fund which tries to meet the needs of all members as far as is practical. Qualifying auto-enrolment schemes are required to offer a default fund option. A default fund is a great place to start for those that don’t feel comfortable choosing their own investments.
Group SIPP In addition to and including the default fund, we offer a Group Self-Invested Personal Pension (GSIPP). This means we offer a wide range of investment options for employees who are happy making their own decisions.
