Consultant and employer support
We’re dedicated to providing exceptional service to both consultants and employers. Every scheme will be supported by a team of subject matter experts throughout the scheme’s lifetime.
For a deeper dive:

Implementation plan
We appoint a named Implementation Manager to project manage and oversee the overall implementation process, enabling the employer to continue focusing on core business obligations. We deliver updates with a series of weekly pulse calls until the project is fully delivered. Full online and remote support will be provided throughout. Once implementation is complete, the assigned Scheme Implementation Manager will complete a project review and hand the scheme over to a dedicated Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for ongoing support.

Ongoing governance
The CRM acts as the main point of contact for the employer and consultant going forwards. They act as the employer’s champion within HL. One of the CRM’s key tasks is to prepare periodic governance data (including our engagement dashboard), feeding that into the consultant’s governance framework.

Administration support
Our workplace-aligned operational team are responsible for the onboarding of new members, as well as the ongoing administration function of the pension. Employers will receive training from our Workplace Scheme Managers on the operation of all relevant administration processes. We provide employers with direct contact details of a dedicated Scheme Manager, so they can ask questions and address any issues relating to administration functions or payroll uploads. The appointed Scheme Manager will be the company’s main point of contact for all administration queries.

Communications
The Workplace Communications Manager takes ownership of creating branded communications for the company as well as a branded company-specific website. They’re available for collaboration with the consultant, the employer and the CRM to design and implement bespoke communication campaigns to drive better member engagement and outcomes. They can operate autonomously or alongside the employer’s communications team to ensure appropriate tone of voice and delivery of key information relating to the new scheme.
