We’ve measured our pension members' level of engagement across seven metrics at a scheme, sector and book level for more than six years. We use these insights to drive change for our members. We carefully design communications and provide in-person guidance to support and encourage increasing engagement with their retirement savings. We know that members who engage with their pension are more likely to have a positive outcome in the future.

Our financial wellbeing programme

Having a holistic financial education programme is a great way to empower members and give them the confidence to make better, well-informed financial decisions. Working collaboratively with our consultant partners, we provide financial wellbeing as part of our pension package. Presentations and 1-2-1s

Our service includes a number of days each year where our Financial Wellbeing Team will run company-specific presentations and 1-2-1s, either in person or remotely via Teams. Our 1-2-1 sessions have proven to be a valuable part of our proposition to employers, and our research shows that members who book in 1-2-1s are more likely to act and engage with their finances.
